RETURNS:

If you are not happy with your Simply Detailed purchase for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of an exchange or credit for future purchases. You must email the request for exchange to web_simplydetailed@aol.com and wait to be issued an RA number so you can return you items. You may receive credit up to 14 days after the item has been purchased as long as it is returned in its original form with our RA number for reference. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return an item and receive a credit. 

Original shipping costs are not credited back or refunded. 

LOCAL PICKUP:

For all local pick up purchases, if you are not happy with your Simply Detailed purchase for any reason all items can be brought back for exchange or store credit only. Exchanges must be made within 5 DAYS of the original purchase date with tags and receipt. Clearance, seamless and sale items are FINAL SALE.
